This cute little 2 bedroom duplex is conveniently located near Memorial Park, the Library and the Tybee YMCA. You're also just a few blocks to the beach or you can enjoy the private community pool, a rarity on Tybee Island. There's a wonderful deck to enjoy those warm beach evenings. The cozy living/dining room combination and the updated kitchen are pluses, along with the king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room. This is a real find!

We were never told whether or not the pool was part of the rental. We saw it and it was located near our property, but we never used it.

The kitchen was NOT well stocked. Not enough pots or sharp knives. And the grill would not ignite. The sliding door in the back bedroom was broken, which wasn't a big deal, but would be nice if it were fixed for future guests. The directions on how to get to sandy's were outdated and therefore confusing. And the sheets were stiff as if they had been over starched.

This was a nice place to stay. It was mostly clean and had very nice furnishings. The pool was nice and private (although shared with about 3 other duplexes). The walk to the beach was not too far and the duplex was close to other things as well. I would stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay for a low price on short notice. But the shower head in the common bathroom needs fixed as it falls off and hits an unsuspecting person in the head. Also there is dead batteries in the TV remote. But your staff is wonderful and I would rent your properties again. Thanks we had a great Memorial Day Weekend!
